Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Corporate Infocom Private Limited, which runs Techiegigs (“Techiegigs”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use techiegigs.com, send us an enquiry, attend a demo class or workshop, or enrol in a program. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. About us

Techiegigs is a digital marketing and AI training institute at Techiegigs, 19/10, Silver Tower, Gate No. 3, Wave One, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. You can reach us at care@techiegigs.com or +91 92205 51266, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not copy or scrape its content, submit false details in a form, send spam, try to access areas not meant for you, or interfere with its security. We may block access for misuse.

3. Enquiries, demo classes and counselling

Submitting a form or booking a demo class does not enrol you in a program. Counselling calls, demo classes and brochures are free, and the information given in them is a guide, not a promise.

4. Eligibility and enrolment

  • You must have passed 12th standard to enrol. A learner under 18 needs a parent or guardian to consent and sign the enrolment.
  • The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Your seat is confirmed when we receive the full fee or the first EMI, and you attend the induction session.
  • Enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.

5. Fees, scholarships and discounts

Fees are shown on each program page and include GST unless stated otherwise. The fee buys a seat in a fixed-size batch for the whole program. Fees may change for future batches, but the fee you agreed to at enrolment does not change. A scholarship waiver from our free test is valid for 30 days and applies to one enrolment. Fees, EMIs, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Classes, recordings and attendance

  • Classes are live. Recordings are shared with the batch for revision and are for your personal use only.
  • You choose online or classroom mode at enrolment and it stays the same for the program.
  • Batch dates, timings, trainers, tools and curriculum may change to keep pace with the industry. We tell enrolled learners about significant changes in advance.
  • Some benefits, such as the Shared Success Promise, need at least 90% attendance.

7. Learner conduct

We expect you to attend classes, treat trainers and peers with respect, and submit your own work. We may suspend or remove you from a program, without refund, for harassment, abuse, cheating, plagiarism, sharing course material or recordings outside the batch, or repeated disruption of classes.

8. Your own brand project and ad budgets

In our programs you build and grow your own brand or project. Any money you spend on domains, hosting, tools or advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google is paid by you directly to those platforms and is not part of the program fee. You are responsible for what you publish and advertise through your own accounts.

9. Internship and placement support

  • The 3-month paid internship is part of the AI Digital Marketing Advanced Mastery Program only. The partner company decides the role, stipend and start date, and may require an interview.
  • Placement support means help with your resume, portfolio, interview practice and introductions to hiring partners. It is not a guarantee of a job. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
  • Student outcomes, salaries and companies shown on this website are real examples from past learners and do not promise the same results for you.
  • The Shared Success Promise applies only to the Advanced Mastery Program, on the terms in our Refund Policy.

10. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete the program, including its assignments and assessments. Each certificate carries an ID that can be checked on our Verify Certificate page. We may withhold or cancel a certificate for plagiarism, cheating or unpaid fees.

11. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, videos, brochures, logos and website content belong to Techiegigs or its licensors. You may use them for your personal learning only. Copying, recording, selling, publishing or distributing them is not allowed. Work you create for your own brand belongs to you. With your permission, we may show it as an example in class or on our website.

12. Third-party tools and platforms

Programs use third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Semrush. Access is for learning and is subject to each provider’s own terms, prices and availability. We may swap a tool for an alternative if a provider changes its terms or pricing.

13. Reviews, photos and testimonials

We may ask you for a review or to appear in a photo or video. We publish them only with your permission, and you can ask us to remove them by writing to care@techiegigs.com.

14. Workshops, quizzes and free resources

Workshops, quizzes, the scholarship test, guides and tool reviews are provided for general information. Quiz results are indicative and are not professional advice. Some tool pages contain affiliate links, disclosed on the page, as explained in our Editorial Policy.

15. Refer and Earn

  • Anyone can refer a friend. The friend gets ₹3,000 off their program fee, and you receive ₹5,000 to your UPI or bank account 30 days after they start classes.
  • Rewards apply to program enrolments only, not to workshops. You cannot refer yourself, and a referral must be recorded before the friend enrols.
  • No reward is paid if the referred learner cancels or receives a refund within the first 30 days, or if details given are false. We may change or end the program for future referrals at any time.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our programs teach skills; your results depend on your effort, the market and employers. To the extent permitted by law, Techiegigs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income or lost profit, and our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fee you paid for it.

17. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any loss we suffer because you broke these terms, misused course material, or published unlawful content through your own brand or accounts.

18. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the website at any time. Leaving a program is governed by the Refund Policy. We may end your access for a breach of these terms as described in section 7. Sections 10, 11, 16 and 17 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh. Please contact us first at care@techiegigs.com: most issues are solved through our Grievance and Feedback process.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and significant changes are communicated to enrolled learners. Continued use of the website or your program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

21. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to care@techiegigs.com or raised with our Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy).
